Cancellation Policy

At Joon Hair we value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to all of our clients. In order to maintain a smooth schedule and to accommodate all clients, we have implemented the following 48-hour cancellation policy:

  • We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need.

  • If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.

  • If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a legitimate reason for canceling or rescheduling late, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
