What should i do if I can’t make my appointment?

A credit card is required to book all appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so within 24 hours of appointment, if not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours the card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Do you accept returns on purchased products?

We accept returns on product purchased at to Joon within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Returns after 15 days of purchase will be issued a Joon credit towards a future product purchase.
